The building is constructed to house The Golden Fleece pub and The Arcadian vegetarian restaurant. It features a late Victorian architectural style and a façade adorned with iron balconies.

Mahatma Gandhi is said to have frequented the venue in search of vegetarian dining whilst living in London.

The first floor and above are converted into offices. The Golden Fleece pub remains on the ground floor.
